I HATE CARDIO
Do you hate running?
Do you dread that long winded cardio workout?
Do you feel you have been on the treadmill for a few years and still look the same?
Do you feel joint pain?
Do you feel like an hour of running is a waste of time?
If you answered yes to any of the above, just know that there are various forms of cardio and NOT just running. Several other forms of cardio can save you time as well as it make it more enjoyable
I used to be like you - hate running. I still do 😂.
So what are my options:
1. Jump Rope (10 minutes of jump rope = 30 minutes of running)
2. HIIT (build muscle and lose fat)
3. Hiking (more enjoyable and burns more fat than running)
4. Bike riding (easier on joint pain, improves balance and coordination) or Spin Class
5. Boxing/MMA Class
6. Bootcamp
7. Sprints/Hill sprints (A game changer for athletes and military/police)
8. Etc.
