While the amount of product you need can vary, your skin will tell you whether you're using too much or too little. If you're over-using product, your skin may feel irritated. If you're under using product, you may not be seeing results. Always follow the recommended usage on the product label, but overall you can follow these suggested amounts:

Cleanser: Quarter sized amount, or one pump
Exfoliator: Dime sized amount
Toner: 2-3 spritzes or 6 on a cotton pad
Serum: Pea sized amount
Moisturizer: Nickel to quarter sized amount, enough to cover your whole face
Oil: 3-4 drops
