Stretching isn’t bad.
In fact, it can be a great tool for improving comfort and helping you move more freely.
But if the same muscles always feel tight, stretching might not be addressing the real issue.
Sometimes “tight” muscles are simply asking for more support, more capacity, and more strength.
That’s why the goal isn’t to choose between stretching and strengthening.
The best long-term results usually come from the right combination of both. 💪

With a Master’s in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from UBC, Derek combines hands-on treatment, exercise-based rehab, and good vibes to help patients move and feel better for the long run 💪
