Over the last 4 days I completed myCraniosacral therapy level 2 course through the upledger institute. Craniosacral therapy can be used for people of all ages, and now I have expanded my learning to treat the following symptoms:
migraines and headaches
constipation
irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
disturbed sleep cycles and insomnia
scoliosis
sinus infections
neck pain
fibromyalgia
TMJ
trauma recovery, including trauma from whiplash
mood disorders like anxiety or depression

I have extended my availability until June 2025 I will be taking July and August off to work on some personal goals with my horses.

My current availability is as follows:

Mondays 6pm-9pm

Tuesdays 6pm-9pm

Fridays 6pm-9pm

Saturdays by appointment only

Thank you to all my clients who have supported me since I graduated in 2019, even as I peruse this venture as a part time position I am amazed by the amount of people who have supported this.

I’m excited for the future as I have a few courses in mind to add this spring.

2025 is a big year for growth as I have a few more modalities in the works.
I have a home based massage business just outside of Warburg Ab and I also offer mobile massage services

I’m currently booking into March as my availability is limited.
And as a heads up to my clients I will be taking the summer months off to enjoy my horse sports this will be from June - September.

I have decided to take some time for self reflection as I am currently working a full-time job,and massaging steadily, i have realized I need more personal time and can no longer work around the clock.

At this moment, I am no longer accepting new clients, I will continue to try and support my current clients with my new reduced availability.

This is not permanent but it is necessary for me right now.

Your girl has been grinding behind the scenes, that being said effective October 1st my prices will be increasing. 60 min massage therapy will be $100 + GST, I have not upped my prices since i started my own massage therapy business and it’s time.

2023 was actually a very busy year for The Teal Touch, I can only hope 2024 stays just the same.

Massaging has primarily been a side gig for me however I have some big plans and goals in store for my business.
