Giving my honest ratings on popular skincare treatments 💆‍♀️✨ Some are worth the hype… some aren’t.

You can get all the facials, microneedling, peels, and laser treatments you want, but if you’re not wearing SPF every day, you’re not getting the most out of your results. ☀️

This is for my first time clients to what to expect after your first laser session.
After each session, the laser damages the hair follicle at the root, but the hair doesn’t fall out instantly. Over the next 1 to 3 weeks you’ll notice the hair slowly shedding — it might even look like it’s still growing, but it’s actually just pushing its way out. This is completely normal. Then you’ll hit a smooth patch where that hair is gone. But here’s the thing — laser only works on hair that’s in its active growth phase, and not all your hairs are in that phase at the same time. That’s why you need multiple sessions, usually 6 to 8, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. Each session catches a new batch of follicles in their active phase. So after every session you’ll notice less and less regrowth until eventually its barely there at all.
