Here are a few things to keep in mind.

Stylists are very excited to be welcoming you back into their salons. In an effort to help them on this journey, please keep the following in mind:

1. Be patient when booking an appointment. Salons are trying to book hundreds of people back in all at once with a list of restrictions.

2.We need to keep each other safe, so please don’t push back on the rules. If you are asked to wear a mask, please put it on. Bring a book in case you have to wait in your car until they are ready for you. If they ask to take your temperature, please let them. Following the guidelines is how salons and other businesses will STAY OPEN.

3. Arrive at your appointment alone. Unfortunately, that also means no children. Salons are only allowed to have a certain number of people at a time.

4. Don’t be surprised if you are informed that your FIRST appointment back might cost a bit more than your usual appointments. This is because they may need to use more product than normal. You have a minimum 3 months of regrowth... If you used a box colour instead of a salon root touch-up kit, your stylist may have to take more steps to return your hair safely to the proper colour.

5. Please cancel your appointment if you're sick - even a little cough or scratchy throat. Be extra cautious. Stylists will also be required to call in sick for any of the same reasons, so please don't be upset if your appointment has to be changed. We all need to protect each other.

6. Practice social distancing with other clients.

7. Things may take a little longer as stylists learn to work within the restrictions. Be kind.

8. Realize that the staff are doing their best.

9. Be happy; you're finally getting your hair done!.

Hello everyone hope you are all well and safe!! Just reaching out to say hello. At this time I know some of you have been reaching out to schedule your appointment for when we open. At this time it is really hard to plan ahead with rescheduling appointments. This might take a week or more as I believe we will probably be one of the last businesses to re-open due to the fact that we will have a difficult time maintaining a 3 meter distance to our customers because of the nature of our service.
When we get the “OK” to open we will be calling/texting everyone starting with the first week that we closed. We closed our doors on Thursday March 26th, 2020 so we will be calling clients to re-book their appointments starting from that date and forward. We are trying to make it fair to all clients so all of you that have been waiting the longest will get an opportunity to reschedule first if you still require our services. I know many of you were asking for advice on colors to purchase and how to apply and from what I gather from your feedback, I saw that you all did a great job!! Whoot!! Whoot!!
We will be taking measures to ensure your safety and mine. Here are some ways we are going to implement them;
1: Everyone will wash their hands upon entering the salon
2; after each client all the surfaces like chairs, sink area, reception area, front door entrance and exit handle will be wiped down.
4: We will have masks and gloves available for anyone who wishes to uses them or you can wear your own
5: We will be working on one client at a time, so if you come and there is a client already in my chair I ask that you wait in your car or outdoors(hopefully the weather will co-operate)
I hope that these measures help to ensure that you will be safe returning to our establishment once we are opened. You are all very important to me and I have known most of you for at least 25- 30 years and I would protect you all like you are my family. Hope to see you all soon, but if you hear that salons are given the OK to open and it has been a few days without hearing from me to schedule and appointment ,please give a call or text and we will make sure you are on the list.

Hello to all my clients,
Just wanted to reach out to you all and let you know that with all the new advisories and changes mandated by our government, we will be closing as of today until Thursday April 9th, 2020. We will keep you updated as changes are being by our government daily.
I hope that we will soon return to our prior lives before Covid-19. I hope that you will keep you and your family safe, I have known most of you for over 30 years and you are like my family. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers and I hope to see you all soon.
