I would like to take a minute to address a negative review left on our page last week.
I normally would not respond in such an open forum and would prefer to deal with an unhappy guest directly, but I was promptly hungup on when I attempted to reach out and address the situation personally. And since this level of negativity affects not only me, but my business, my reputation, and my livelihood, I cannot let this go without a response.

I most importantly want to stress the fact, that I personally did not cut your hair, nor was I present when you communicated with your stylist, Peter, regarding how you wanted your haircut. We at Picassos, along with myself as a hairdresser, take great pride in the work done inside our salon. For you to falsely create accusations about myself, not only hurts me, but those around me. I can assure you that if this miscommunication happened under my watch, with any client, it would be immediately taken care of without having to resort to this level of defamation. I sincerely wish you had been willing to speak with me about a resolution.

To all of our valued and loyal clients, we at Picasso's greatly appreciate all of the love and support you have given us over the years and hope you'll understand that occasionally miscommunications do happen. But all we ask is that if you are unhappy with any part of your service, you give us the opportunity to rectify the issue, as we never want anyone to leave without 100% loving their hair.
