New Course!!!
This week I am studying MyoFascia!
Myofascial Release is a technique designed to reduce pain and help improve mobility by targeting the fascia. When muscles are stiff or injured, the fascial tissue can become tight, restricted, and "sticking" to the muscle. It could cause chronic pain and reduced range of motion.
How It Works
Targeted Pressure: by applying gentle, sustained pressure to specific areas, or "trigger points," can help release restrictions in the fascia.
Slow Manipulation: slow, focused movements to help stretch and soften the fascia
Fascial Release: helps break up adhesions and helps to allow the layers of tissue to move more freely.
Benefits
Reduced Pain, Improved Range of Motion, Tension Release, Enhanced Recovery, Scar Tissue Reduction

Let us Pause for a Moment and Reflect on what the Past Generations of Woman had taught for.
Some key human rights won through intense struggle include:
Bodily Autonomy and Safety: Not to be Locked in Asylum as per Husbands wishes, Campaigns against sexual violence, domestic abuse, and for reproductive rights (access to abortion and contraception).
Economic Equality: Rights to work, have a bank account, own property, enter contracts, and receive equal pay for equal work.
Education and Employment: Access to university education and professions, such as law and medicine.
Political Rights: The right to vote and hold public office, which was secured for many women in the early 20th century.
Legal Personhood: In Canada, the "Persons Case" (1929) was crucial, confirming women were eligible to be appointed to the Senate.
This is just the very Tip of the Iceberg.
Today let us take a Moment to Recognize that Woman are still Fighting for these Basic Rights all over the world.
Second Day of Head Massage!

If you are willing to listen, the body communicates clearly."

Thai Head Massage is a therapeutic treatment designed to alleviate upper body tension. We commence with a stimulating scalp massage and targeted acupressure techniques to enhance circulation, followed by gentle, slower manipulations incorporating oils to ease residual tension and eliminate toxins- ultimately leaving the recipient in a state of profound relaxation and balance. This treatment can be administered as a standalone massage or integrated into any Massage, serving as a serene enhancement to any massage therapy session.
