A place for people who, like us, have never felt truly represented or comfortable in conventional Western yoga spaces.
Prepping for my afternoon and evening classes here at Savage Yoga! What is your favourite time to do yoga? Love to hear from you in the comments! 🧘🏽♂️
Who is Savage Yoga for?
Short answer: you. As you are.
Savage Yoga was created for people who might not see themselves reflected in traditional yoga and wellness spaces. People who aren’t flexible. People in bigger bodies. Older adults. Q***r and trans folks. People with limited mobility. Complete beginners. Experienced yogis looking for something different. And anyone who has ever wondered, “Is yoga really for someone like me?”
It is.
You don’t need to change your body to practise yoga. The practice can meet you where you are.
Come as you are. There’s room for you here.
Sometimes you have to just take your lumps and roll with it! 🙃
