Equal parts thieves household cleaner + thieves dish soap
+hydrogen peroxide. Add 10-15 drops lemon eo and apply
directly to stains.
I always keep a 30ml roller in my bag for on the go stain treating and in my laundry room stocked.

staying up while the rest are snoozing is no joke and can be extremely challenging to make sure your brain stays active!

insert the night shift roller jam packed with a blend of oils that
keep you mentally alert.
+ peppermint
+ rosemary
+ clarity
+ en-r-gee
roll in your hands and take a deep breath. hold then breath for
a moment or two and then release.
Be sure to wash your hands afterwards so you don't
accidentally get peppermint on something you don't intend to.

Today is laundry day in our house! Did you know that one of the most toxic items in a home, is dryer sheets? The ones you use for boosting the scent of laundry which means it’s actually lacing your clothes that you put on your skin ( the largest organ of your body) with synthetic fragrance.

Dryer sheets are one of the most toxic yet one of the easiest things to ditch + switch out for dryer balls. Drop some purification, lavender, or gentle baby on your dryer balls when you put your clothes in the wash, then throw them in the dryer. If you’ve already switched, what oils do you like using to boost your laundry scent naturally!? 😍

The next time you chop an onion, pull this baby out! Simply take the lid of and set it on the counter next to you. Not one tear dropped tonight when cooking dinner and I’m stoked about it🧅

Want to know a little tip? Keep a little glass bottle next to your diffuser filled up with water to make it easier for you to diffuse. Sometimes if I don’t want to start my diffuser up it’s because I’m being lazy 🤪 but, if I have a big jug of water next to it, it makes it so much easier!

Tip #2 - I personally love doing this, putting my oils first in my diffuser before adding water! I find this helps disperse the oils better and lasts a lot longer 🌿
