In just 3 short years of building Level Up Hair Studio 🫶🏽 I worked through fear, through exhaustion, through every voice that told me it wouldn’t work.
I showed up every single day with nothing but passion and the belief that I could build something bigger than myself.

And then… they came.

Not all at once, but piece by piece.
People who didn’t just want a job, people who wanted to create, to grow, to push, to become something.
People who saw the spark in this place and said, ‘I’m in. Let’s build this.’

This team stood beside me while the studio was still finding its identity.
They trusted me when I was figuring it out as I went.
They weathered the chaos, the pressure, the long nights, the moments of doubt, the moments where the dream felt heavier than the reward.
But they stayed.
They kept showing up.
And their talent, their loyalty, their heart, changed everything.

Level Up stopped being “My” vision the moment these humans walked through the door.

It became OURS 🫶🏽
