This Labour Day weekend, enjoy your well-earned day of rest. Let’s also remember the fight our forefathers & mothers put in for the things so many of us take for granted: set minimum wages, workplace safety standards, maternity/parental leave, vacation time, just to list a few.
I often try to encourage so many of my clients to do the simplest things like stepping away from their desk to enjoy a lunch break - it’s good for mental wellbeing but also something that just a few generations back, shorter work days with safer environments were fought for during labour movements!

Join us for our free Evening Saint John Grief Cafe every Monday evening from 6–8pm, a space where you can talk, listen, or simply be. Whether you're newly grieving or carrying a loss that’s been with you for some time, you're welcome here.

Our evening café is a quieter alternative to our popular afternoon group, which is currently quite full. Hosted by Brian, someone who understands the grief journey firsthand, the evening offers a comforting setting with warm coffee, tea, and open-hearted conversations.

You don’t have to walk through this alone. We're here for you, after work, when the world quiets down and connection matters most.
