Building resilience in my children.

What is resilience?

Resilience is the ability to resist escaping from a stressor- in this case- the stressor is the cold.

Not quitting, by virtue of willpower, top-down control over your body and resisting the reflex to jump out.

The more we learn to manage the flood of catecholamines (neurotransmitters) and the feelings they evoke the more we build resilience through improved willpower. Also useful for life outside of the cold water.

Good afternoon St Paul we are excited to welcome a very talented and badass practitioner into our space!

“My name is Jerrika, I'm a medical aesthetic practitioner and clinical instructor who has recently moved to St Paul from Ontario. I am excited to be bringing my specialization to your town.

I have owned my clinic since 2019, and have been working in aesthetics since 2018. I have advance training in many areas, including non-surgical anti aging procedures, dermal fillers, wrinkle relaxers(neurotoxins), facial rejuvenation, skin care, laser treatments and IV nutritional therapies.

On top of being a health care practitioner, I am also the host of a TV show on Wild TV called 'Jerrika In The Wild'. I am an advid outdoors person who loves being on the land.
I am looking forward to exploring more of what Alberta has to offer!

This week I will be opening up to a small group of patients at special introductory pricing to introduce myself, and my services.

I will be opening for all services in the coming weeks as we settle, including Botox, fillers, dermaplane facials, microneedling, B12/weight loss booster shots, and more!
