Introducing my Mayan obsidian hot stones which I purchased from my recent trip to Mexico. These hot stone refers to natural volcanic glass used for spa, massage and other therapeutic purposes.
Rooted in the Mesoamerican use of obsidian, these smooth stones are heated to relax muscles, melt away tension, and help promote spiritual grounding.

Why Obsidian?

* Heat Retention: Because it is natural volcanic glass, obsidian heats up evenly and holds warmth longer than any other massage stones.

* Energy & Healing: In crystal therapy and energy work, obsidian is highly valued as a protective stone meant to ground the spirit, absorb stress, and transmute negative energy. ( FYI only )

* Skincare: Specially shaped “ hot stones”
( like a Gua Sha ) are used on the face and body over masks ot serums to boost blood circulation and product absorption.
