✨️Staring Contest: Hydration Edition✨️
What better way to increase water intake than by competing for it!
Drink until you blink.
Whomever blinks first loses. You got this.
Best part is, you can repeat the challenge as many times as you'd like!
Feel free to comment with your times. You are only competing against your previous time. Have fun with it!
Disclosure: do not attempt with ice water. Mistakes were made. 🧠🥶
You know your body best. Do not overconsume. Have access to a washroom soon after.

Exciting Changes for 2027!!
Starting in 2027, D.M.T. will be treating patients in a NEW LOCATION!
Lafond, AB will be the new home of Danielle's Massage Therapy.
A quick 17-minute jaunt southwest of St. Paul.
I am happy to answer any questions or concerns regarding your ongoing care.
Can't wait to welcome you to the new space!
AND!!!
December -- mid January
I’m doing something super exciting — heading off to a land of poisonous unknowns for a much‑needed vacation!
I’ll be using that time away to rest, reset, and make the big move for the business.
I can’t wait to share all my adventures with you when I'm top-side-up again.
Make sure you’re booked in before I leave, and grab your spot for my return — they’ll go fast!
Forever grateful and excited for new chapters!

Saw this dude outside of D.M.T.
Did he just come from a massage? Is that why he is feeling so loose? Is he celebrating the success of an amazing massage?
Can you relate??
Oh the mysteries of the universe ensue!
Come find out if massage nets you the same results as dancing dude!
