Hi, I’m Nev Hicks! Many of you in St. Thomas first met me back in 2003 through my personal training and bootcamp classes. Helping people reach their goals has always been my passion—whether it’s fitness, nutrition, or now, laser hair removal.

Since 2021, I’ve been working as a certified and insured laser hair removal technician, proudly using the Health Canada–approved Lumenis LightsheerET. I operate out of Tru Medi Spa/Tru For You, a hidden gem here in St. Thomas that offers amazing services, fitness classes, and the best hot yoga in town!
