A little staycation recap 🤍

I’m SO grateful to have been this busy lately, but if I’m being honest… I was feeling extremely burnt out and knew I needed to slow down for a minute.

So instead of going anywhere, I kept it local and stayed home to enjoy the last week of the summer and honestly, it was exactly what I needed.

This is what “the girl who is an esthetician for a living” actually looks like behind the treatment room lighting: nerding out playing The Sims 4, checking out the London Airshow, eating A LOT of ice cream, taking Port Stanley walks with my nieces, getting lost in a good book, and staring at my own skin thinking, I really need to give myself some treatments. 😂

No big trip. No packed itinerary. Just doing things I actually enjoy, slowing down, and giving myself a chance to reset and take care of myself. Sometimes you don’t need a big vacation. You just need a few days to breathe, recharge, and come back to yourself.

Feeling rested, grateful, and actually excited to jump into a busy fall schedule leading right into Christmas. And of course… PEEL SEASON IS AROUND THE CORNER and I’m so ready for it (I think 🤣)
