Masking Update and PRICE increase:

As we all know the masking mandate was lifted for most indoor spaces today.

I would like you to be comfortable in whatever your choice is in regards to masking or not.

The salon space is a judgement free zone and I will respect whatever choice you make to mask or not, as I hope you will respect my choice to remain masked for at least a little while longer.

Please feel free to reach out with any concerns you may have.

Also if you or your family members are feeling unwell please reschedule!

PRICING!

The pandemic has not been kind to most industries in regards to product costs, therefore effective April 1st, there will be a price increase on all services.

If you are concerned about how the price increase will affect your appointments moving forward please send me a message to discuss.

Your support over the last 8 years and especially the last 2 means the world to me. Please know how grateful I am to have such wonderful clients.

With news today that the province will be moving into Stage 1 on Friday- that brings us a little closer to reopening.

Based off the new framework, approximate date of reopening for us in Stage 2 is July 2nd.
(This is based on moving into stage two- 21 days after stage one begins)

Now going off the track record of our government, they don’t love moving forward with things for a long weekend.

So keep an eye here for an update as we approach July.

We are inching closer though!!

UPDATE:

So it looks like (if everything goes according to plan🤞🏻) under the new framework we will be able to return to work in July.

Exact date TBD

Not exactly the news we were hoping for BUT we will continue to be optimistic!

Hope everyone is surviving and doing well these last 6 weeks!

As we all know the “stay at home/lockdown”was extended until June 2nd. 🤞🏻

It has also been brought to light that we will not be returning to the colour coded framework.

So with that being said we will be waiting on pins and needles over the next few weeks, to see what the provincial reopening framework will look like.

So keep an eye on this page for updates!

Hey everyone, it’s been quiet over here since the Easter weekend lockdown.

In all honesty the heaviness in our province right now has just been a lot, especially after today’s announcement.

So if you haven’t heard from me, know that I’m reaching out week by week. It’s really sad having to send these messages yet again that our closure is extended (at this point to just before the May long weekend I believe)

I just wanted to take a moment today to thank each and every one of the amazing clients we see.

Today marks 1yr ago that the decision was made to close the salon due to Covid, and we would not return for 4 months.

Thank you all for supporting us through what has been the most difficult year for us all as individuals, and also as an industry.
