Frosty Hollow Mushrooms is at out first market in red deer! come on down to The Market at Red Deer to see us and all the other amazing vendors!

This Sunday, March 3rd from 2-3pm at Buckerfield's Salmon Arm, Brent Cox with Frosty Hollow Mushrooms will provide a crash course on the benefits and the how-to of growing mushrooms at home. Learn how to utilize a small area and minimal money to grow a great food and medicine source for your family.

Sunday Session for Self Sufficiency are in the upstairs conference room & have a sliding scale donation between $5-15. We encourage you take in as much knowledge as you can this whole season.

Frosty Hollow Mushrooms will be at the mt paul community food center in kamloops for the Kamloops Regional Farmers' Market first winter market of the season. from 10-2. we will also be at the odd fellows hall in Armstrong for the Armstrong Farmers' Market winter market also from 10-2. Come say hellow and visit all the amazing vendors.
