I moved to Salmon Arm 4 years ago and I am happy here. I started braiding hair since I was a child and recently started my Hair Braiding and Dreadlocks business "Cecelia's Hair Designs" located in Salmon Arm. I offer unique hair styles that is tailored to each individual that comes through my door. My hours of operation is Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm, Saturday 10 am -5 pm and Sunday11 am - 4 pm.
