An introductory Pilates class for new clients registering as a group of four. No previous Pilates experience required.

This class is designed for all levels. My dad is seventy something and can do it. So can you!

Pilates in the Park! No experience needed. Everybody is welcome to soak up these views while moving and breathing at Canoe Beach.
