Dear River Osteopathy and Wellness Patients,
We have recently become aware that some current and former River Osteopathy and Wellness patients received an email from Sarnia Osteopathy regarding a new clinic location.
We understand that many recipients may have been surprised to receive this communication, particularly if they have not attended an appointment with that practitioner in several years or not at all. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or concern this may have caused.
Sarnia Osteopathy is an independent clinic and is not affiliated with the River Osteopathy and Wellness Centre.
The River Osteopathy and Wellness Centre takes the privacy and security of patient information very seriously. We are currently reviewing the circumstances surrounding this communication and assessing any potential impact on patient privacy. If you received this email and have concerns about how your information may have been used, we encourage you to contact our office directly.
We appreciate the trust you place in our clinic and remain committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal information.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,
