Your skin can feel the seasons changing before you do.🌤️

As the air gets cooler and drier, your skin may start asking for a little more moisture — even if you’re not quite ready to say goodbye to summer yet.

Moisture Boost is designed to give skin that extra drink of hydration while helping it feel soft, comfortable and replenished.

Think of it as getting ahead of the seasonal shift instead of waiting until your skin is already feeling dry and tight.

And if you’ve been following along, this is step two in the skin ritual I’ve been sharing with you.

Cleanse.
Hydrate.
Then we’ll build from there. ✨

Available through Spa Rituals.

Some days I still can’t believe this is my work.

I get to spend my days creating a space where women can slow down, be cared for and take a little time for themselves.

The warm towels.
The quiet moments.
The conversations.
The little exhale when someone finally gets comfortable.

It’s a pretty good way to spend a workday.

Rich in life, indeed. ✨

Lately I’ve been trying to slow down enough to notice the little things.

The quiet mornings, the sunrises, the moments spent caring for my clients, watching the garden grow, learning something new with our chickens, and appreciating the little pieces of beauty around our home.

These everyday rituals are what inspire Spa Rituals — creating space to pause, reconnect, and take care of ourselves in the middle of busy lives.

Self-care doesn’t always have to be something big. Sometimes it’s a few quiet moments outside, a skincare routine you look forward to, fresh flowers on the table, or simply taking the time to notice what’s already around you.

Here’s to finding beauty in the little rituals. 🤍

What’s been bringing you joy this August?

The first step to better skin starts with a healthy cleanse.

One of the things I’ve been hearing over and over from clients is:

🌿 “It smells amazing!”

But it doesn’t stop there.

Clients are also telling me how soft, fresh, and healthy their skin feels after their facial—especially when Refresh is paired with the Nourish Moisturizer.

That’s exactly what I want from a skincare routine: products that leave your skin feeling clean, comfortable, and supported rather than stripped.

Every facial at Spa Rituals is designed to create that same healthy foundation, because beautiful skin doesn’t start with the last step—it starts with the first.

🌱Refresh Cleanser has officially sold out, but my next order is expected to arrive next week! If you’d like me to reserve one for you, send me a message 💌

Water can leave your skin feeling refreshed… but refreshed isn’t always the same as clean. 💧

Throughout the day, your skin collects sunscreen, excess oil, sweat, makeup, and environmental buildup. While water can rinse away some surface debris, a gentle cleanser helps remove what water alone often leaves behind.

That’s why every facial at Spa Rituals begins with a thoughtful cleanse. It’s the foundation for everything that follows and one of the simplest ways to support healthy-looking skin.

If you’ve been relying on water alone, you’re not the only one. It’s one of the most common skincare misconceptions I hear.

Tell me in the comments: What’s the very first step in your skincare routine each morning? 🤍

07/09/2026

Your skin goes through a lot every day.

Even when your skin looks clean, it can still have a buildup of:
✨ sunscreen
✨ makeup
✨ oil
✨ sweat
✨ environmental debris

A quick splash of water may remove surface residue, but a proper cleanse helps create a clean foundation for the rest of your skincare routine.

Think of cleansing as the first ritual in caring for your skin — because the products you apply afterward work best when they have a healthy foundation to start with.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing more about why your cleanser matters and how to create a simple, effective routine for your skin.

The first step to better skin starts here. 🤍

Most of the women who come here are the ones who hold everything together.

They run households.
They support families.
They show up for work.
They are the steady ones.

But steady doesn’t mean you don’t need maintenance.

In your 30s, 40s and 50s, skin responds to consistency.
Not panic treatments.
Not last-minute fixes.

Intentional care.
Professional products.
Quiet appointments that don’t feel rushed.

March is nearly full.

If you’ve been meaning to come in before spring, now is the time to schedule.

Women who prioritize themselves plan ahead.

Most people don’t realize how much they’re holding
until they finally stop standing.

It starts at the feet.
The rest follows.

Six years ago, I didn’t have a beautiful space —
I started with care.

This was my very first treatment setup at home.

This room wasn’t impressive.
It wasn’t polished.
But people felt safe here. They felt held.

And that taught me something early on:
the experience isn’t the room — it’s the way someone feels inside it.

Everything I’ve built since grew from that understanding.

The room has changed since then.

That belief hasn’t.
