Ava has been part of our spa team since summer of 2025 and has recently completed her studies as a medical esthetician!

She is passionate about helping clients feel confident and cared for in their skin, and creating a safe space for them to unwind and relax! Her favourite services are facials, waxing and makeup💄💆‍♀️

Outside of the spa, Ava loves baking and experimenting with new recipes, often creating sweet treats to share with family and friends. She also enjoys knitting and spending time at church, where she finds joy in serving others and being part of a close-knit community 🤍

Sophie joined our team of Glass and Pillar in January of 2026. A graduate from the Registered Massage Therapy Program in 2024, she is passionate about providing thoughtful, client focused care tailored to each individual. Sophie is in good standing with the CMTO and is committed to helping clients feel their best through both recovery focused and relaxation based treatments.

In addition to therapeutic massage, Sophie offers cupping, hot stone massage and indie head massage. She enjoys working with prenatal clients creating a supportive environment throughout every stage of pregnancy.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys spending quality time with her family, balancing life with a toddler.

There truly are no words to express the overwhelming love and support our spa family (and Gayle’s family) has felt over these past days.

To our friends, family, spa family, and community — thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The unwavering amount of love and kindness you have all shown us through phone calls, check-ins, messages, hugs, visits, flowers, cards and beautiful meals and snacks. Simply showing up for us during a really difficult time. We are well loved and cared for by so many. That is a true testament to just how big and impactful Gayle’s life was to so many people. She has a huge network and man, did that network show up for us!!

Thank you for holding us up when we needed it most. We will carry your kindness with us forever. ❤️
