We understand that life happens, but to respect our stylists’ time and other clients waiting for appointments, we kindly ask that you review our updated cancellation policy:

✨ Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

✨ Missed Appointments: No-shows or missed appointments will be charged 50% of the services scheduled.

✨ Late Arrivals: If you arrive late and we’re unable to complete your service in the remaining time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

If we don’t hear from you, your appointment will be treated as a missed appointment.
