Welcome again, I’m Carlene
and if we haven’t met yet, what an honour it is to meet you 🤍

It’s been a little while since I’ve shown up on here. Behind the scenes, I’ve been deeply focused on formulating, refining my craft, teaching new students and working closely with clients I truly adore.

Over time, my approach to skin has evolved into something much more intentional. I’ve shifted toward a more organic, intuitive way of treating the skin, combining hands on techniques with real, visible results.

Every treatment begins with a personalized consultation, but most importantly, with calming the nervous system. When the body feels safe and relaxed, the skin is able to heal, respond, and transform on a deeper level.

My treatments are designed to support a wide range of concerns including acne, aging, fine lines, texture, and overall skin health always with a focus on long-term results, not quick fixes.
From there, I work intuitively by reading the skin and supporting it through techniques like lymphatic drainage, fascia release, and sculpting facial massage. These methods help to relieve tension, move stagnant fluid, and restore balance within the skin.

I believe in keeping skincare simple and supportive. Overusing too many actives can compromise the skin barrier, which is why my goal is always to create a strong, healthy barrier and a thriving microbiome = the foundation for long term results.

I also have a deep love for working with acne-prone skin. Through my Acne Bootcamp treatments, I guide my clients step-by-step with a fully customized plan and home care routine tailored specifically to their skin.
