~Coming September 2026~

I was very lucky to receive a beautiful gift of self care from a friend 🖤
In a time where I need it the most. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Sarnia. The space was so serene and gorgeous and smelled divine! I had 60 min of what I can only describe as my dream treatment. Hair oils/scalp treatments/ massage/water therapy and massage. It was all followed by a blowout so I could leave feeling completely relaxed and together. Side note* not everyone has the skills to blowout my crazy hair but the pic confirms her skills:)
10/10 and will be booking again .headspa

Hey! It’s been awhile! For me it seems like a year but it’s only been 10 weeks since my surgery. I wanted to show my face and post a quick update as it has changed often over the past couple of months. I am on the upward trajectory of healing and getting some “normalcy” back movement wise. I will be having one more surgery in late spring that has a much less painful recovery than the last two. So I can finally plan an approximate return to work, Yay! I am planning on returning in some capacity by mid summer. For those of you waiting patiently and checking in, I appreciate every one of you. Can’t wait to be back at it, see you on the table soon-ish❤️

Subject: A Personal Health Update ❤️

Hi everyone,

I wanted to reach out with a heartfelt update, because many of you have been part of my world for years, and I’ve always believed in being transparent with the people who support my work.

As some of you know, I’m currently in the middle of battling invasive ductal carcinoma (breast cancer). My hope was to keep working right up until my first surgery, especially since being self-employed means there’s no safety net and I’m still waiting on responses from the government programs I’ve been applying to since my diagnosis in August. This part of the journey isn’t talked about much, but the truth is that stepping away from work comes with a heavy financial strain — and that’s been weighing on me.

To make things tougher, I’ve also been hit hard by the influenza that’s going around, and it has knocked me out for over a week. After a lot of thought (and a very stubborn internal argument), I’ve realized I need to listen to my body. I need to step back a little earlier than planned so I can recover properly and prepare for the first of several long surgeries. And spend time with my family ❤️

This wasn’t an easy decision. You all know how much I care about my work and the people I treat. But right now, taking care of myself — mentally, physically, and yes, even financially in the long run — means pressing pause so I can come back healthier and stronger.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your understanding, your patience, and the support so many of you show in quiet, meaningful ways. I’ll keep you updated on my recovery and let you know when I’m ready to return.

With love and gratitude,
Mandy Wilson

Hi All!
This is my friend David Redmond. He is an athlete with
My son Hayden was camera shy for this post lol. You may remember back in March, I collected a portion of every massage treatment done to support the Special Olympics. It’s an organization close to my heart, that our family has participated and supported for over a decade💚 I’m excited to say we raised $400 to help support the Sarnia chapter! A huge shout out to my clients for their contributions and continued support! If you are participating in The Law Enforcement Torch Run on Friday May 12th, make sure you say hello to David and Hayden!!!
