Nurse Heather will be stepping back from day-to-day clinic communication and administrative tasks so she can focus fully on client care and treatments.

Justine will now be managing clinic flow, scheduling, emails, product orders, and general inquiries. When you contact the clinic, you will most likely be communicating with her.

To keep communication organized and ensure timely responses, we kindly ask that all appointment requests, treatment questions, product orders, and general inquiries be directed either to the clinic email or booking system rather than texting Nurse Heather directly, or through social media.

Heather will still personally handle any urgent or time-sensitive matters or post-treatment questions.

Pre-booking your Tox appointments

One of the most common messages we receive is “Can you squeeze me in tomorrow? I’m overdue!”

Because appointment times with Nurse Heather are limited and often booked several weeks in advance, last-minute availability isn’t always possible.

To avoid waiting or missing your ideal timing, we strongly recommend pre-booking your next tox appointment at checkout or as soon as possible!

Most clients maintain their results every 3–4 months, and reserving your next visit ensures you stay on schedule without the stress of trying to find a last-minute opening.

You can also join our waitlist after booking an appointment through online booking, and you will receive an automatic notification if an appointment opens up! Move quickly though, as multiple clients will receive the same message!

Lip Balancing [Not Overfilling]

This treatment was about creating harmony between the upper and lower lip, not making one overpower the other.

Immediately after injections, the upper lip often appears fuller due to normal swelling. As healing progresses over the next 7–14 days, that swelling settles, the product integrates, and the lips soften into their true, balanced shape.

What you’re seeing here is:
• intentional structure
• controlled volume
• respect for natural proportions

The final result is never judged on day one.
Balanced lips take patience and precision. I always tell my clients “don’t love or hate your lips for two weeks”!

Why We Share Before & Afters 🫶🏻

I share before & afters with explicit client consent, and always with respect.

I share them to celebrate my clients. Their excitement, their confidence, and sometimes changes that feel truly life-changing to them. These images help others find an injector whose aesthetic, philosophy, and approach align with their own goals.

I also share them because this is my craft.

Every image shared is unedited and untouched.

Real faces. Real skin. Real results.

In an industry like this, it can be difficult to find and trust a provider if you can’t view their work. If you don’t know someone’s skill level, the quality of devices they use, or whether they can safely and consistently deliver results, how are you supposed to decide if they’re right for you?

Transparency matters.

Aesthetic medicine is still medicine, grounded in anatomy, training, judgment, and experience, but it’s also an art. Every face is different. Every treatment plan is individualized. No templates. No shortcuts.

Each day I sit with clients who may be excited, nervous, or vulnerable. I listen to their insecurities, help set realistic expectations, and create thoughtful, safe treatment plans that respect their natural features.

Some are kept private.

💉 Why I Don’t Sell Lips by the Syringe

At The Aesthetics Clinic, lip filler is never about shoving that full mL you purchased.

Every face, and every set of lips, has a unique anatomy, including natural lip size, tissue density, structure, and movement. That’s why I offer subtle or fuller lip enhancements rather than selling filler by the syringe.

I guide new clients to focus on the outcome, not the amount, and I make recommendations based on what will look balanced, natural, and appropriate for their lips.

If I injected a full syringe into every client, we’d see a lot of overfilled, unnatural results, and that’s not the standard here.

Thoughtful, tailored treatment is what creates beautiful lips, not volume for volume’s sake. You don’t buy the syringe, you invest in the outcome 💋
