So simple to do.

First, apply thin coat of liner (or a thick dramatic cat eye : do you!), add a quick coat of regular mascara as shown in first photo(if you want it)...& peep the size of that liner bottle next to my mascara 🤯 It's huuge!!!!

Then, let liner dry completely, throw on the lash strip and BAM!!⚡ Big, full, beautiful lashes instantly.
