Corrective colour transformations like this one are never just about “going lighter.” ✨

My client had previously used dark box colour at home, which left the ends significantly darker than her natural root. Our goal for this first session was to reverse that visual weight — creating softer depth at the root while bringing brightness and dimension back through the mids and ends.

This transformation required nearly 2 hours of detailed balayage foil work alone, carefully lifting through artificial pigment with one formula, and the virginwhile protecting the integrity of the hair every step of the way.

One of the biggest heroes during services like this is the L'Oréal Professionnel Metal Detox system. When hair has a history of box colour, mineral buildup, or unknown colour history, maintaining the health and feel of the hair becomes just as important as the final result itself.

And THAT is what I’m most proud of here: not only the colour shift… but how incredibly healthy, soft, and strong her hair still felt afterward. 🤍
