Fourth and final workout for my week, complete! đŞđź
Did you know that I am currently on a cut⌠and I am NOT suffering AT ALL!
Hereâs what Iâm going to do this weekend to help support my goal of uncovering the muscle for summer. âď¸
⨠Prioritize protein at every meal.
⨠Stay active with âplayâ rather than cardio/exercise.
⨠Drink lots of water.
⨠Get outside with my family.
⨠Sleep as much as possible (because recovery matters too).
⨠Enjoy a meal out WITHOUT turning it into a cheat weekend.
Justin and I are going out for supper at Liberty Kitchen () this weekend to celebrate our 8 year anniversary this weekend and you better believe Iâm going to enjoy it. đđĽ
The difference between this cut and previous cuts that Iâve put myself through?
Iâm not trying to punish myself into results.
Iâm building results in a way I can actually maintain.
Consistency, balance, and a whole lot of protein. đđź
