I am currently in Columbus, Ohio for the yearly Plexus convention. I have to say my favourite part of was hearing from Dr. Darshan Shah, who I was introduced to back in January and have followed his podcast since!

As a young physician, he faced his own health struggles and ultimately found healing by focusing on gut health and addressing the root causes of dysfunction in his body. He is on a mission to educate North America on why gut health matters so much and why it is the foundation of all health.

What made his message so powerful is that he has zero affiliation with Plexus—he was there simply to share the science behind gut health and why it plays such an important role in our overall health wellness.

Listening to him speak reinforced what I’ve experienced firsthand and cemented why I believe so strongly in what Plexus is doing and creating! Hearing the research and science behind the importance of gut health was both so validating and inspiring!
