Happy new year!

Hey everyone,

I hope the holidays were restful and fun. Our Christmas was busy and exciting with a preschooler who is obsessed with Santa and gifts and Sylvie’s very first Christmas. There was lots of family, food, pajama dance parties and COFFEE!

Life is taking a bit of a shift in the new year in my household as my husband is taking a new position with the city. With that comes a change in schedules and childcare. I will be adjusting my hours to accommodate and hopefully it works well for everyone. So starting January 2nd my hours will be:

Tuesdays 10-2
Wednesdays 4-8
Thursdays 4:30-8
Every other Saturday 9-1

And as always for special occasions with advanced notice!

Thank you everyone for a wonderful and welcoming return to work. It has been great to catch up and see everyone’s faces again.

Well I finished up my first month back to work. The welcome I received was heartwarming and I am really grateful. Feels wonderful to be back at it. There is still a great selection of available appointments for October so please reach out if you are in need.

I hope your summer is going well and everyone has had a chance to soak in some sun. I can’t believe how fast the last 6 months have gone! We are spending as much time at the lake as we can. Sawyer and Sylvie are loving the water. We also added a new little puppy to the family so we are extra busy these days!

I will be back to work right after September long weekend. (September 5th) My new hours will start out as:
Tuesday 10:30-5
Wednesday 12-7
Thursday 4:30-7
This may adjust as I see how it works with the kids. The plan is to continue this schedule til Sylvie is a year old at the end of January.

I have adjusted some of my pricing as well.

Here is a guideline:
Clipper cuts: 40$
Custom short haircut and style: 55$
Long length haircut and style: 55$
Retouch color/refesh and style: starting at 100$
Retouch color/refresh and haircut: starting 100$ + haircut price
Add hilites to color: starting 20$ and up
Full head hilites/toner and style: starting 160$
Full head hilites/toner and haircut:
Starting 160$ + haircut price
Partial hilites/toner and style: starting 100$
Partial hilites/toner and haircut:
Starting 100$ + haircut price
Custom colors (fashion colors): pricing with consultation.

Please reach out with any questions you have. My books are now open to start taking appointments for September on a first come first served basis. There may be delays in replies but will make sure to sit down each evening after the kids are in bed to answer anything I have missed throughout the day. Thank you for your patience with this!

Last day of work til September!

Just over an hour left for in person shopping for our sale today!

Well if some of you don’t already know I’m about half way through my second pregancy! Things are starting to fill up til the end of the year when I will be going on maternity leave for awhile.
