❄️ Winter Hours ❄️ The Saskamper store will be open 11-4 Tuesday - Friday for the months of January- March. If you ever need us during when the store is closed, please don’t hesitate to call or message. We will always help accommodate our customers.

Another busy day here at our Midtown Mall Pop up, but we did have a lot of questions on where exactly is the store inside the mall. We are located across from the backdoors where the MEC was supposed to go into. Just down from the studio and the Tim Hortons beside Stardust. Hope that helps a bit. We are open every day leading up Christmas, so stop by and check us out.

WE ARE MOVING…….again…..but this time for the whole month of December 🎅 🎁 We have signed the lease with .midtown for our very own space inside the mall. Our new space is located at the back entrance. Our Grand Opening will be this Friday, just in time for Black Friday. The original store at Ideas Inc will remain open for our usual store hours.

After chatting and finding out :
How many days a week you want to exercise?
How long you want your workouts to be?
What are your goals?
What equipment are you going to use if any?

I then make a program for you each week. Plug it all into my app (which you have access to) and then we start!
You have accountability as I give you feedback on your workouts, see if you missed workouts, see what weights you are using in your workouts, I can even have you show me a set of an exercise so I can check technique if I’m concerned 😉
It’s pretty slick and great!
You can start and stop at anytime .
There is no obligation to join for more than a month .
