Tip # 4

When receiving report, pls let your colleague finish reading the careplan of each patient before you ask questions. Listening and note taking skills are important during handing over. At the end of each patient’s report, your colleague will ask if you have any questions and that’s the time you ask if you want to clarify something. Baka kasi yung tanong mo is nasa report din ng colleague mo kaya makinig nalang muna. 🙂 Patience is a virtue.
