Due to special circumstances this year I will not be massaging again until the year 2021. This starts January the 9th of this year as I am going in for surgery and will not be able to work. It's been a while. I thought I would share a post about the amazing benefits of using castor oil for home care. After my emergency C-section and bout of bedrest in August I found myself dealing with massive amounts of scar tissue and incredibly tight fascia. The only relief I found for the pain was using castor oil packs (I sill use them). I'm currently recommending this for a client with an extensive shoulder injury.

I can e-mail you a personal exercise & stretching routine for home care
for long term home care I recommend investing in a tennis balls for trigger points, a foam roller to release tension, an ice pack for inflammation & heat bag for pain.
