hey guys, its been a crazy year, and have definitely been lackig on my page; but with good reason. my daughter had surgery and was tested for cancer back in october, and we got the all clear. i also returned to school and have been insanely busy with that since november, and of course also driving my child to her sports activities on top of also having a part time job.
this momma is crazy busy, but not so much that she can't help her clients their skin prepped and ready for the amazing and hot summer ahead.
dont hesitate to ask about my summer scrubs; like strawberry lime, raspberry mint, and especially cucumber with mint to give your skin that fabulous cooling sensation.
Hey guys, have been away and busy for the summer months.
If you are wanting some fall scents for the up coming season, feel fre too contact me and i'd be glad to put in your order
The new scrubs were made before the weekend and 6 different scrubs were donated to my daughter's school for their easter basket fundraiser.
New scrubs to added to the list, and that are absolutely scrumptious are:
Raspberry mint (ive already tested this one out and absolutely love the cooling effect it has on my face)
Strawberry lime
And
Pomegranate
Sweetie pie scrubs are so versatile, they aren't just for your face; you can use them on your body, your hands, your feet, even your lips; they are even safe enough to eat.
Looking forward to throwing together a few new scrubs this weekend.
Pomegranate
Raspberry mint
And maybe a strawberry lime.
Looking forward to donating a few jars of scrubs to Miss Sadie's school draw baskets next month. If you would like some tickets for the draws, let me know
So we've been kind of incognito the last couple months. My daughter had a health scare and we had to get some tests done, but came out with some great news on our part, but still needing to keep an eye on her.
On another note, I have been using the grapefruit scrub for the last little bit, and it is amazing, not only smell wise, but its a bit of a pick me up too. Its great to use on those down days where coffee just isnt enough. Speaking of coffee, my next scrub to use at home is the coffee and brown sugar scrub. For those that don't know, i have a caffeine sensitivity. I am unable to drink coffee, or highly caffinated drinks, pops are iffy on a good day, but i seem to enjoy the smell of a freshly brewed cup of coffee. Thats what the coffee and brown sugar does for me, gives me the benefit of having that smell of coffee early in the morning.
So have you heard that honey is really good for acne, especially acne scarring. Since I already love the aspects of my honey and brown sugar scrub, and the scrumptious flavor helps too, I decided to give it a try on my face.
I struggle with eczema and sensitive skin; it causes me to have very flaky skin, which also affects my face and causes me to get acne, YES, i'm 28 years old still struggling with acne. I've used many types of products to get rid of the oily flaky skin on my face, but to no avail has it ever worked the way i wanted it too. So the googler in me decided to find natural products that are the best and safest on the most sensitive of skin, because even if the store products said "safe for sensitive skin", it still caused my skin to react, and never took away the "flake".
So I've taken some of my favorite products and threw them all together and made sugar scrubs, and I am happy at the results.
The first scrub I tried for myself was the brown sugar and honey scrub, and I used it on my face last evening, and I have never had my face feel softer than it has now. It is moisturized enough that it doesn't feel greasy or oily, and the dry flaky skin is gone (which never happens)
Who else gets plagued with immensely dry lips during the winter months. I know i do, without a doubt every year.
Do without a doubt, i tried to think of the best product to aid with exfoliating my dry lips. So i grabbed my brown sugar and honey scrub and brought it into the shower with me, and scrubbed away, and my lips came out soft and free of dry skin. And of course the scrub tasted amazing.
So we are full tilt in cold and flu season. Everyone is getting hit with those nasty colds that just seem to not make you feel up to anything.
Try my eucalyptus sugar scrub. Its will refresh you skin, as well as help with thos stuffed up sinuses. Use it in the shower, or even over the sink, so you can feel rejuvenated and give yourself a pick me up.
Jars are 3 for $15 or $6/a piece.
Or get a larger size for $12.
So ive had a few people who were my product testers before I created this page as well as going full steam ahead with my at home business.
So far I've had nothing but amazing feedback.
One particular client tried the cucumber mint (now my second fave), and loves the cooling aspect of it. She uses it in the shower and it has been making her skin feel soft and smoother than before. Its amazing when a product you least expect does amazing things for your skin.
Hey everyone, I have some extra scrubs on hand. If you are wanting to test or purchase some, don't hesitate to shoot me a message
