We have important news! We are going to be getting brand new watermains on 4th Ave. Unfortunately,this also means disruption to the normal street flow for the rest of the summer, potentially. Construction begins officially on JUNE 29th.
NO PARKING on 4th Ave during this time.
You can access our parking lot from 3rd Avenue or the back alley off of 25th Street.
Broken mains have historically caused problems for our business, so we are happy for the repairs, however we understand the inconvenience to our clients.
We appreciate your anticipated patience.

We have a cozy, private, bright space for rent! We will be advertising it, but wanted all of you to have the opportunity to let us know if you have anyone you think would be interested before we throw it out to the general public.

Soooo, the moment we have all anticipated is here! We have road construction starting on our street to replace water mains. Our water will be unaffected, but it means no access to the parking lot from 4th Avenue. You can still use the lot if you use the back alley off of 25th Street or 24th Street. Ugh, we know it's incovenient, but also, yay, new water mains! 💧 If you have any questions, give us a call 206.280.6630.
