My little family has gotten the opportunity to move to Manitoba to be closer to my family and enjoy the small town life. We have loved living in Saskatoon for the last 10 years but it is time for a change.

Nick has accepted a new job position and we have found our dream home and are moving to Birtle, Manitoba at the end of April. My last day at will be April 26th. It is so bittersweet to leave this city, a job I love, and all the friends I’ve made, but we are excited to see what this new chapter brings for the 3 of us!

I will be reaching out to those of you that have appointments booked in May and June to reschedule or direct you to a new stylist! PS my brides I already have booked (you know who you are) I will be returning to do your wedding hair so don’t stress♥️♥️

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to send you recommendations to other wonderful stylists in the city! Love you all and thank you so much for supporting me in my career. I will miss you all dearly ♥️

Got the pleasure of doing sweet Sarah’s hair. She’s off in BC living her dream but every time she is home she makes time to come see me for her hair.

The greatest joy of my job is getting to know each and every one of you and be there to celebrate your wins and sit with you in your lows. Thankful for all the years I’ve gotten to spend with Sarah and watch her hopes and dreams unfold! Can’t wait to catch up again on her next visit!

I’ve been very checked out of social media the last month or so. There’s been a lot of things going on in my life that have caused me to pull back from social and focus on some special time with my little family. I hope you’re all doing well and I’m so grateful for you continued support! ♥️♥️♥️

It has been so wonderful coming back to work and being able to reconnect with all of you. I love hearing updates from the past year of me being gone and it truly is a joy to have my hands in hair again!

Gave Annette a fresh new cut before the holidays! How adorable is she?! ♥️

The first few weeks of motherhood have been a whirlwind of emotions and big changes! Welcoming this little girl into our lives has been the most amazing thing I’ve ever done.

There have been some days that have been harder and some that have been easier but even after the hard days I can’t help but look at Noelle and smile.

I hope you all are doing well and I’m so thankful for everyone that has reached out and checked in on us as we transition to a family of three. I’m missing all my salon visits with all of you but am soaking up every moment of being a Mom❤️

New extensions always making us smile😍

Freshened up Megan’s colour and put these 18” wefts from .studioco in and we are both obsessed with the result! It was a bittersweet appointment knowing it would be the last time I would get to see Megan before I go on my maternity leave.

Starting to have my last appointments with people and although I’m so excited for my wee babe to come into this world, it is so sad saying goodbye to people for the next year! If you haven’t gotten a chance to see me, check online or call the salon and book in for another appointment before I head off. Love you all and I’m so incredibly thankful for all of you that have joined me on my hairstyling journey❤️

The first day of fall has arrived and it has been reminiscing about summer! It was so wonderful working on so many weddings this year and meeting so many new brides.

Definitely one of the things I will miss the most when I’m on maternity leave will be the wedding season💕

Truthfully, I’ve been so MIA on social in the past few months because my life has been a gong show and some days I’ve barely been able to get through the day, let alone come up with an Instagram caption.

As most of you know, I’m expecting my first baby in January and Nick and I are so excited! Although I’m pumped to meet this little one, I’ve also been nauseous for 4 months, have gotten Covid, and feel like every time I step outside the heat is gonna make me pass out. I’ve grown a new found respect for all you Mommas out there!

With all that being said, I’m so grateful for all of your encouraging words, for all the grace when I’ve had to move appointments due to being ill, and for all the love you guys have given me. I truly have the best job in the world and get to be around the best people all day❤️

There’s still time to come see me for a haircut, colour, and visit of course before I take off on my mat leave so make sure you take advantage of that!

The time has finally come where I get to share my exciting news…Baby Inder is coming January 2023! Nick and I are super excited to be starting our family and look forward to what changes will come because of it!

If some of you have noticed, I’ve been taken off of online booking for the time being as I will not be accepting any new clients before I go on maternity leave. If you need to book in you can give the salon a call or email and they will be happy to find you a spot! I will also be shortening some of my weeks so I will no longer be working Saturdays (if you already have a Saturday appointment booked it will remain there, but no future appointments are being made).

I’m so thankful to share this news with all of you and will enjoy every moment up until I take time off work.💕

I’ve been seriously MIA on social the past few months…honestly my life has been such a whirlwind that I haven’t had time to think straight.

That being said, I want to say thank-you so much for all of the love and support. You guys have been keeping me so booked lately and I am so grateful for that!

On a side note, I wanted to give you all a bit of an update on my injury.

As most of you know, I had a volleyball mishap I’ve been on crutches and in a boot cast for a week. I’ve been doing my best to work through the pain, but unfortunately that has just made it worse.

I’m so grateful for everyone being so understanding for me to move appointments around. I appreciate you guys so much and am going to take a bit of time off to heal up.

Can’t wait to see you again when I can stand on two feet🤞🏼💕
