Amie has been in the hairstyling industry for 17 years and has travelled to Minneapolis, California, Vancouver, Edmonton, and Calgary for advanced training and education. She trained in traditional Vidal Sassoon foundation cutting through the Aveda Academy, building a strong technical background rooted in precision and creativity.
In 2018, Amie decided to elevate her education even further and pursued a Bachelor of Education. In 2021, she completed her degree majoring in Practical and Applied Arts and minoring in Social Studies from the Colledge of Education, convocating with two teaching certificates and becoming certified to teach hairstyling not only to adults but in secondary education.
With a passion for both education and artistry, Amie loves helping stylists build confidence behind the chair while staying inspired by modern techniques and industry trends. Her classes focus on creating a supportive learning environment where stylists can refine their skills, grow creatively, and feel empowered in their craft.

This was the final model look from our recent makeup class and I’m still obsessed 🤍 Soft glam makeup paired with vintage inspired finger waves and modern texture created the perfect mix of timeless beauty and current trends.
