This is a great way to release the sacrotuberus ligament and widen the sits bones. Great for a tense pelvic floor.
Try sitting on a ball, like your hatching a egg, the ball in the medial part of that big sits bone. Do both sides separatly, the muscles arent in the middle they are off on the side but still on the medial aspect of the sits bones. Also don't compress any bones or nerves, find the muscle between.

Pictures of Craniosacral therapy.
This treatment works with the central nervous system to support, nourish and increase cerebral spinal fluid. lt also works on the diaphragms in the body, and I've found it helpful in preping the organs for treatment as well. Craniosacral is very grounding and relaxing. I've been getting great reviews and results from these techniques so far!
This is the newest edition to the services I offer, and I feel like it's been a missing link. I'm excited to continue training in this field.

This is what a visceral manipulation treatment would look like.
In visceral, I listen to the movements of the organs, this helps them to restore movement and function. The organs can have a huge influence on the musculoskeletal system, and it's been very helpful in trying to diagnose causes of dysfunction in my clients.
I often add visceral into my therapeutic massages if it's called for.

Pictures of a structural integration treatment.
This treatment is similar to deep tissue massage, except no lotion is required. I will alter many things in this session depending on what the client presents with. Lotion is generally used on the legs and anywhere the tissue might be to dry or sticky.
The assessment involves a postural analysis and some range of motion testing.
