A family member brought her in. Her poor eyesight made it hard to see what was happening with her toe, but she knew something wasn't right.

Repeated pressure on the tip of her toe had built up a thick callus over time. Layer by layer, until it looked like part of the nail itself.

Jessica, CMP, took her time using an e-file to carefully reduce the callus. By the end of the appointment, this guest was looking at a healthy-looking toe again. More importantly, she left with a clear explanation of what had caused the problem and exactly how to care for her feet going forward.
