Rachelle’s career as a massage therapist began in 2008, and she joined our Paramount team in 2017.

She specializes in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Pre/Post Natal, Hot Stone and Rapid Neurofascial Reset.

She also enjoys spending time with her 3 children, husband, and their two dogs, and she is fluent in French!

What’s your favourite way to spend a day off?
Catching up with friends and getting a few things done that I tend to put off. 💬

What is something most people don’t know?
I seem quiet and calm, but I am actually quite competitive. 😌

Morning or Night person?
Neither, I love to sleep! 💤

What is your go-to coffee (or tea) order?
I don’t drink much coffee or tea, but my go-to is a frappuccino or latte. 🥤

If your personality were a colour, what would it be and why?
Blue - calm and laid back. 🩵
