It has been over 13 years since I have been running my Xtensions by Lynn business. I decided to get into the industry because I enjoyed wearing them myself as my hair was always fine and thin and would not grow long due to a hypothyroid condition. My mom was a hairdresser for over 40 years so I grew up around the hair world and always loved beauty, make up and the fashion and aesthetics industry.
I decided to take a course from a lady in Edmonton and became certified after getting 100% on my final exam-she said I was a natural and I became very passionate about starting a business. I first opened in Edmonton, then Cold Lake and then moved on to Saskatoon due to advancement in my husbands career. Once I was well established in Saskatoon with a large clientele I had to take a couple years of a break due to my duties with a family emergency. We both always loved Saskatoon, so we decided to return and I am back in full force now looking forward to seeing my previous clients and meeting new ones! Hair extensions are great for a variety of things: Length, highlights & thickness! If they are done correctly and taken care of, they help the hair grow by stimulating the root and increasing blood flow. You can continue to style your hair in a variety of styles. My prices are very reasonable and affordable and every clients needs are different and different in price. Some wear full heads, some just add few rows for thickness or add side rows for growing out stubborn cuts or creating a bang or style while growing the hair out.
