So I have found the problem and it has to do with UTC time. When you see your scheduled appointment I think the correct time will be the UTC time. If there are two different times in the confirmation please click “view details” and as far as I understand that is the time I have you scheduled for. Any questions please feel free to ask. So there have been some problems with time and scheduling. On my end it looks correct but for most it looks like their appointments are an hr ahead. I will do my best to message and confirm with people but if you have an upcoming appointment and the time looks different please feel free to reach out. I am so sorry. I am trying to fix it.
