Ingredients:
2 XS Maple Energy Drinks (or any flavor!)
Juice from 1 large lemon
1 cup water
Directions:
Stir together the energy drinks, lemon juice and water in a large bowl. Cover and place in the freezer. Every hour, take the mixture out and stir to break up any ice crystals, then transfer it back in the freezer. Repeat every hour until your granita has reached a velvety, icy texture. Once the granita is ready, enjoy it immediately. We garnished ours with mint leaves.

Save this recipe for a busy weeknight!
🍂 Fall Vegetarian Protein Pasta:
2 Tbsp All Plant Protein Powder
1/2 c alfredo sauce
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 c cubed butternut squash
1 c chopped mushroom, bell pepper + onion
Smoked paprika, sea salt + pepper to taste
2 servings pasta of your choice
1/3 c grated parmesan
✨ Toss butternut squash with olive oil + seasonings, add to baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 10 mins. Stir in remaining veggies and roast until golden & tender.
✨ Warm the alfredo sauce and stir in protein powder. Set aside.
✨ Cook 2 servings of your favorite pasta. Drain, then toss with sauce + parmesan cheese.
✨ Serve pasta topped with roasted veggies. Optional: Garnish with fresh herbs of choice.
