Starting August 25 2025, my massage rates will be adjusting. This change reflects the years of experience, training, and dedication I pour into every appointment — so that I can continue providing you with the highest level of care and attention you deserve.

In this treatment you can expect your standard Massage from myself with an add on at the end.

We will focus on external TMJ treatment and face massage.

This treatment is ideal for someone who suffers from jaw pain, dysfunction, clicking, fatigue, clenching teeth, and frequent headaches.

Please note this treatment is an external focus, there will be NO Intra oral TMJ work performed.

Welcome to Ryse Wellness 🌿

This is something I have wanted to do for a while now. Sometimes life throws you curve balls and things happen for a reason.

I have made the decision to relocate my business to our home, with that it felt like the right time to rebrand.

My new location is in Stonebridge Saskatoon. Ryse is located in my basement suit with a separate entrance from the rest of our home. (See email sent for details)
