Lash loft cancellation policy.

Please note that when booking with the lash loft you agree to these policies.

24 hours notice is required upon any cancellations. If a cancellation is made after the required 24 hours a $50 fee(not including the price of services)will be required in order to be rebooked.

If you are 15minutes + late for your scheduled appointment, you will be cancelled and noted as a no show. No shows are unacceptable and if you would like
to be rebooked, a $50 fee will be required along with the full payment for the service you have booked. I understand things come up and life happens, you can contact me and we can discuss details and arrangements about these policies.
