I constantly have seagulls hovering over whatever i am eating, and not just our chihuahua...lol a.k.a. my hubby and my kids!

STAYING π§π§HYDRATED ON KETOπ§π§
Hydration is even more important while living a keto lifestyle, as our bodies dont hold onto water like they did while we ate lots of carbs. This is a new habit to develop.
Your hydrating drinks are different than your diet soda, cocktail or iced coffee. Those are separate and are not factored into your recommended hydration ounces.
So Grab some infused water or herbal tea, and avoid drinks with sweeteners, sugar or carbs.

πWHAT IS KETO?
The ketogenic diet (keto for short) is a type of diet that involves eating high amounts of fat, moderate amounts of protein, and very low amounts of carbohydrates. The goal of the keto diet is to put your body into a state of ketosis, where it burns fat for energy instead of carbohydrates. This is achieved by drastically reducing the amount of carbohydrates you consume and replacing them with healthy fats such as avocado, nuts, and olive oil.
