✂️ MEN’S CUTS HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED ✂️

Partly because it’s not a service that gets booked very often, but if I’m being completely honest, I have multiple reasons for removing it.

I thought about keeping this cute and professional, but I feel like this needs to be addressed.

First of all:
I am not a barber. 🙅🏼‍♀️

My specialties are blonding, colour and corrective services. That’s where the majority of my clientele is and where I want to continue focusing my business.

But there’s another reason.

I’m very aware that I have a lot of people on my personal social media that I don’t actually know very well. That’s something I’ll be addressing in the near future with a good old-fashioned ✨friend list purge✨

But I feel like this should go without saying:

Accepting your friend request does not mean I am comfortable inviting you into my home.

Ash Hair Co. is a home salon. My salon is quite literally inside the house where I live.

So when men I don’t actually know slide into my personal DMs asking to come to my house for a haircut, I’m going to prioritize my comfort and safety over making $30.

I love my job.
I love my clients.
I LOVE working from home.

And part of continuing to love working from home is being selective about who I allow into my space.

Existing male clients that I personally know and love — you already know who you are.

Starting June 1, there will be a slight increase on some services.
I know everything is expensive right now (gas alone is offensive at this point 😅), and I don’t take that lightly.
This adjustment allows me to keep my business running sustainably while continuing to give you the best possible service ✨

• Debit is +HST
