Good afternoon beauties! I am implementing a new policy as of today. When booking an appointment, I will need to have a credit card to hold on file. Appointments will not be booked unless a credit card is on file. This is to help ensure your time is respected as well as the cancellation policy is being adhered to. It is unfortunate that it has come down to this, but when people no-show or cancel last minute, that’s a spot I can’t fill last minute, and my time and product used to set up is wasted.
